We have lived through the toughest and most complex year of our lives. Life has been a challenge and the biggest lesson of all is the old saying “your greatest wealth is your health”.
We are going to take you on an 8 week journey using the chakra system as a basis for all things mind, movement, nutrition and spirit.

The Ultimate You framework
Over 8 weeks you will supported by our team of experienced health and nutrition leaders. Each week will have a focus and playbook with core movements and nutritional guides plus mindfulness practices and thought provoking themes.
Each week we will focus on one chakra and provide personal development guides and reflections, nutritional guidelines, meals and movement activities. All served with a side of “woo” in the form of oils, crystals and meditations.

Meet the two women who have brought this program together.
Dr Jolene Cooney
Jolene is a passionate, vibrant, holistic practitioner and mother of two with over 17 years professional and academic experience as a health care practitioner and mentor. Her greatest loves are her family, travel, cultures, belief patterns and spiritual practices and how they relate to a happy and healthy life.
Jolene blends all her higher science education, worldly travel experiences and vast amount of readings on all things mind/body connection together to enhance peoples life experiences and wellbeing outcomes.
With a compassionate and genuine style, Jolene provides a supportive environment to share her knowledge, inspire change and cheerlead people as they grow and empower themselves to live life the most authentic and personally aligned way.
Her greatest achievement is being an authentically happy and joyful person at her core and is following her passion to help as many people as possible to live their lives fearlessly full and joyful.

Aliti is a mother of a tween, a teen and a few fur babies. She is a nutrition coach and CrossFit level 2 trainer who is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves.
With a background in Primary Education, Aliti has always loved teaching and seeing people reach their full potential. As my life evolved, so did my teaching career and I branched out into the world of coaching kids, teens and adults on how to incorporate safe and effective exercise to help them accomplish any goal.
During the course of our 8 week journey, Aliti will share with you her knowledge and resources to help you build the foundational habits for long term success.

Nutrition seems to have become extremely complicated and confusing. It doesn’t need to be. We help you find a way of eating that you love and that works for you and your body’s needs.
